WHAT THE PARTICIPANTS SAY...
"We have created a more autonomous organization, where employees know their roles and development opportunities. Everything no longer has to go through me. I dare to let go of control over details and get more time for development work and meeting customers. Ulla's energy and ability to push on have strongly contributed to our successful implementation of the changes."
ABOUT US
Internova & Co was launched in 2000, during which time Ulla has helped organisations, managers and employees across a wide range of industries. Prior to the Internova, Ulla worked in the IT industry for 10 years, of which five years were as a regional manager for IT training company. It was here that Ulla realised the correlation between leadership style and employee performance and the company’s success. By adopting transformative leadership style, she improved the company’s results (increased the turnover by 40%) and employee satisfaction, whilst significantly reducing her own overtime by 30%. She also opened a new branch and was named as the best manager in the company.
Ulla’s own experience in management cemented her interest in leadership techniques and fostered a desire to help other managers (and employees) reach their optimum performance.

I have met many clients who work ad hoc and feel a lot of stress. Every day they hope tomorrow will be calmer. Do you recognize yourself in this? The good news is that there's a lot you can change to make your days both smoother and more efficient. In this article, I'll share concrete tips on how to set limited email management times, avoid multitasking, and create your own monthly goals. I end with a personal story that shows how I changed and got 38% fewer working hours per week and a better work-life balance.
How to Create Engaging and Effective Meetings!
Many working days mean meetings that follow each other, and if there are gaps between meetings, we handle thousands of tasks simultaneously. We constantly postpone preparations for meetings. At meetings, many participants chat and send emails. Reflection and planning new tasks from the meetings is minimal. Do you recognise yourself? In this blog, you will learn what it takes to create effective meetings as a meeting leader. Such as how to create great engagement among the participants, and how to make them feel involved.
What it takes for effective annual performance appraisals
Many workplaces offer training, but often lack a clear annual development process for employees. A systematic approach with annual performance appraisals is essential, but these appraisals often become isolated events. Effective leadership starts with managers learning to implement a systematic development process. This blog discusses why annual performance appraisals often fail, how to maximize their benefits, and why immediate managers are best suited to lead systematic employee development.
Embrace leadership that develops employees to help them grow
Today's leaders — and organisations — face different challenges than leaders of the past. These challenges require the ability to guide people and transform organisations, to support them in becoming more resilient, innovative, inclusive, and human. In this blog, you will read about a new paradigm for leadership, what leadership managers need to learn, and how employee development starts to be effective.
From micromanagement to macrolearning!
In today's rapidly changing work environment, it's crucial for managers to find effective ways to manage and develop their employees. A common mistake is getting caught up in micromanagement, where the manager gives precise instructions to quickly solve problems. This blog will explore how microlearning can create a culture of growth and macrolearning, and how managers can equip themselves with the skills necessary to promote employee development, performance enhancement, and company success.
Regular breaks make you more productive

In fact, research shows that you are more efficient and get more done when you take regular breaks than when you are working constantly. This article will give you info about how to make regular breaks and tips on how to do it.
